Jantzen Kelly Promoted to Chamber’s Chief Operating Officer

LAWRENCEBURG, TN — The Lawrence County Chamber of Commerce has announced the promotion of Jantzen Kelly from Controller to Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Kelly will continue to oversee the Chamber’s financial operations while assuming expanded responsibility for internal operations, organizational strategy, and day-to-day management. In her new role, she will work closely with the President & CEO to support the Chamber’s mission and ensure operational effectiveness across all departments.

Jantzen joined the Chamber in September 2023 as Controller, overseeing all finance and accounting functions. Prior to joining the Chamber, she spent nearly a decade in the banking industry. She earned her Master of Business Administration from the University of Tennessee at Martin in 2014 and previously served on the Chamber’s Board of Directors, including two years on the Finance Committee.

Kelly assumed her new role as Chief Operating Officer effective February 4, 2026.
